Iron Minds Coaching – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Terms


These booking terms apply to all services offered by Iron Minds Coaching, including:

• In-person consultations

• Virtual consultations (via video call)

• 1:1 personal training sessions

• Group training sessions or fitness classes


By booking any of these services, you agree to the following terms.


2. Booking & Confirmation


• All services must be pre-booked through the Iron Minds Coaching platform, email, or directly with your coach.

• Sessions are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or package agreement).

• You will receive a confirmation message upon successful booking.


3. Session Duration


• Standard consultations last 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.

• Personal training sessions and classes typically run for 60 minutes.

• Please arrive (or sign in) on time; sessions will finish as scheduled regardless of late arrival.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling


• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session or consultation.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being charged in full or deducted from your package.

• No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation.

• Exceptions for emergencies may be granted at the coach’s discretion.


5. Refunds & Transfers


• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Block sessions (e.g., 8 PT sessions) are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing client.

• Unused sessions expire after the agreed time period (e.g., 8 sessions within 12 weeks).


6. Health & Readiness


• Clients must be medically cleared and physically fit to participate.

• Any injuries, health conditions, or changes in physical status must be disclosed before the session.

• Iron Minds Coaching is not liable for injuries or issues resulting from undisclosed conditions or misuse of exercise guidance.


7. Virtual Sessions


• Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a safe space to move and exercise.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the environment is suitable for training (e.g. clear of hazards).

• Missed or disconnected sessions due to client-side technical issues will not be refunded.


8. Class Policy


• Spaces in classes are limited and must be booked in advance.

• Late arrival (after start time) may result in being unable to join the class.

• Class passes or packages must be used within their valid timeframe.


9. Conduct & Behaviour


• Clients are expected to show respect to their coach and fellow clients at all times.

• Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from services with no refund.


10. Changes to Bookings or Schedule


• Iron Minds Coaching reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary (e.g. due to illness, emergency, or events outside our control).

• Clients will be given as much notice as possible, and sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost.


By booking any session or service with Iron Minds Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
